  • July 27 - 100 Days Kickoff Run

    Join us at the NYC Trackhouse for our kick off to the 100 Days to NYC long run series. We'll run 7 or 12 miles with our first course preview on the Pulaski Bridge to LIC via Queens Summer Streets.
  • Week 1: August 3rd - NYC Summer Streets

    Week One of 100 Days to NYC. Join us for a run to Manhattan for the popular Summer Streets on Park Avenue. This run will cover 8 or 14 miles. The longer route goes to Central Park and previews the finish line of the NYC Marathon.
  • Week 2: August 10th - NYC Summer Streets

    Week Two of 100 Days to NYC takes us back to Manhattan for more Summer Streets but first, we'll course preview over the Pulaski and Queensboro Bridges over 8 or 14 miles.
  • Week 3: August 17th - Bridge Run

    Week Three of 100 Days to NYC and we'll head over the Williamsburg bridge to the West side Highway for some flat miles over 9 or 17 miles.
  • Week 4: August 24th - Long Run and "First 10" course preview

    Week Four of 100 Days to NYC will feature our first 20 miler. The routes will take us to Prospect park, the belt parkway and 4th avenue for 10 or 20 miles. The second part of the longer route will cover the first 10 miles of the NYC Marathon course from 4th avenue to Williamsburg.
  • Week 5: August 31st - Roosevelt Island

    Week Five of 100 Days to NYC. We'll run a Tracksmith NYC favorite over to Roosevelt Island for some flat miles. This run includes course previews over the Pulaski bridge to LIC for 8 or 15 miles.
  • Week 6: Meet in Beacon

    This trip is now train only. The trip to Beacon is about 90 minutes from NYC and easily accessible by MetroNorth. We'll run 10 miles or 18 miles on hilly country roads with a meet up in Beacon town for refueling and refreshments after the run. A MetroNorth ticket is $17.75 one way. We recommend getting on the 7:50am train arriving to Beacon at 9:24am.
  • Week 6: Meet in Beacon

    If you are local to Beacon or would rather take the Metro North, we'll meet there at 9:30 am at Two Way Brewing for bag drop and coffee before the run. The run will be 10 miles or 18 miles on hilly country roads with option to explore Beacon town for refueling afterwards.
  • Week 7: September 14th - 4th Avenue Preview

    Week Seven of 100 Days to NYC. We'll preview the first part of the NYC Marathon course on 4th avenue. This will also be an effort based run with some miles being at your goal marathon pace.
  • Week 8: September 21st - Prospect Park and hills

    Week Eight of 100 Days to NYC. We'll run the hills around Prospect Park and Greenwood Cemetery for 10.5 or 16.5 miles.

  • Week 9: September 28th - Meet at Rockefeller State Park

    Week Nine of 100 Days to NYC. **This event is now train only.** We're taking a break from the roads and heading to Rockefeller State Park for some miles on soft surface. This is now a meet-up at Rockefeller state Park. After the run, there will be refreshments at the park before heading back to Brooklyn.

  • Week 9: September 28th - Meet at Rockefeller State Park

    Week Nine of 100 Days to NYC. We're taking a quick break from the roads and heading to Rockefeller State Park for some miles on soft surface. The runs will take us through the beautiful landscape of the "Rockys" for 7 or 15 miles. After the run, there will be refreshments at the park.

  • Week 10: October 5th - The Longest Run

    Week Ten of 100 Days to NYC will be our longest, long run over 22 miles and will cover key points on the marathon course - Pulaski Bridge, Queensboro Bridge, First Avenue and Central Park. The longer route will roughly cover miles 11-25 of the marathon course. There will be a 10 mile route as well.

  • Week 11: October 12th - Red Hook Run

    Week Eleven of 100 Days to NYC. We'll run some flat miles to Red Hook and Dumbo to recover from all the hills. The routes are 8 or 16 miles.

  • Week 12: October 19th - Final Pulaski + LIC preview

    Week Twelve of 100 Days to NYC. The taper continues as we do our final run over the Pulaski bridge before race day. The routes cover 9 or 15 miles.

  • Week 13: October 26th - "The Last 10"

    Week Thirteen of the 100 Days to NYC Marathon will be our final long run of the series. We'll honor tradition and join the NYC community for "The Last 10" - starting at 60th st and 1st avenue in Manhattan and ending at the finish line in Central Park. This run will start in Manhattan so there is no bag check.
