Any individual with a permanent physical disability is invited to participate free of charge by entering the promo code ADAPTIVE when registering.
WHAT DO I GET FOR REGISTERING?
Everyone who registers will receive a race shirt. The High School Division, age group winners, outstanding performers, and adaptive runners will be eligible for medals and prizes. Everyone is welcome at the post-race celebration!

PARKING
There is ample parking available on a first come first serve basis at the East Beach Parking Lot - 1199 E Beach Presidio San Francisco, CA
PACKET PICK-UP
We'll hold packet pick-up at Sports Basement in the Presidio on Saturday, October 26th from 2-5pm. 610 Old Mason St, San Francisco, CA 94129 If you can't make it to Sports Basement on Saturday, there will be race day number pick-up on Sunday before the races, starting at 7:30 a.m. in the East Beach Parking Lot - 1199 E Beach Presidio San Francisco, CA
BAGGAGE DROP
Bag check will be available for runners from 7:30 a.m. - 12 p.m. at the East Beach Parking Lot. We’re not responsible for any lost or missing items if you choose to use bag check, but trusted race volunteers will securely watch your belongings. Please claim your belongings immediately after you finish running.
AFTER PARTY
Join us for the Bionic Race Party immediately following the race in the East Beach Parking Lot. Enjoy refreshments, Athletic beer, and breakfast burritos from Early Bird Tacos.

Donate to Bionic Project, IncWhy the Bionic Project? People with physical disabilities are among the most marginalized groups in Western society. Most able-bodied people have grown up without a strong connection to anyone who is physically disabled. This lack of familiarity can lead to fear and indifference. School Programs Bionic taught in 34 schools in its first school year, reaching more than 10,000 students. Bionic takes an interdisciplinary approach to anti-bias teaching. A full-day school program includes an assembly presentation, classroom sessions, and adaptive sports clinics.Students K-12 become familiar with assistive technology, person-first language, and being an ally.
