Chicago 13.1 Shakeout

Get those legs ready with an easy shakeout before the Chicago 13.1 on June 1st. 

We're partnering with clubs from around Chicago to make this a true community event! Thanks to Family Style RC, Latinas Run Chicago, Evening Run Club, Cabrones Run Club, Las Doñas RC, Team RWB, Berwyn Runners, and Daily Grinds Run Club! 

We'll be partnering with Sports Medal Recycling. They welcome medals from all sports.  As long as they are made out of metal, they can take them. Leave all ribbons on- they process and sort everything. The only things they cannot take are: the plastic cases academic medals may come in; anything made of wood, ceramic, foam or glass; anything damaged or ruined by water, rust, mold, etc.  If it's not safe for someone to handle or keep, then it's not safe for them either. If your members have a dusty box of old, forgotten medals we'll happily take them to be upcycled!
