Adventure Therapy Foundation provides those living with cancer and their loved ones opportunities for adventure and kinship. In the United States, 1 in 3 will be diagnosed with cancer and the disease impacts families and friends as well. Lauren Huffmaster founded Adventure Therapy Foundation to address the emotional effects of cancer on patients and their loved ones. Her foundation enables families and friends the opportunity to navigate uncertainty and find what can be lost during their cancer treatment through positive experiences and connections.
